- Graduates in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines

Week 1: Salesforce Foundations
Introduction to Salesforce platform, understanding data models, basics of automation, and building business logic foundations.
Week 2: AgentForce
Introduction Overview of AgentForce, agents, topics, and standard actions, creating the first working agent, and introduction to custom actions.
Week 3: Advanced Grounding
Knowledge Base integration, introduction to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Data Cloud fundamentals, connecting agents to real data sources, and personalizing agent responses.
Week 4: Deployment & Capstone
Deploying agents to live environments, applying guardrails and monitoring, developing the final capstone project, and presenting use cases in demo sessions.certificate of completion
